Delikatessen Vision is our brand-new AI-powered feature for intelligent image similarity search. It allows you to quickly and easily find the most similar object to an uploaded image.

Try the beta version by signing in and clicking the icon. Simply upload a file or use drag-and-drop to start your search. This feature is also available on mobile devices and supports direct photo capture.

Opening Hours:
We are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, both by phone and on-site.

Can I view the props on-site?
Please schedule an appointment before visiting our props house. If you have questions about the condition of an item, you can contact us via email (info@delikatessen.tv) or phone (030 34 38 36-0). We are happy to provide additional photos and descriptions.

When can I pick up my booked items?
Please coordinate pickup and return times with customer support as precisely as possible.

Where do I pick up and return the props?
Goods pickup is at Komturstraße 19-20, and returns are at Komturstraße 19a.

How does the rental process work for new customers?
For new customers, we operate with prepayment and require a deposit.

Can I pay with a debit card?
Payment with debit card and Visa is possible. Please note that credit card payments may incur fees.

Does Delikatessen deliver?
Delikatessen does not offer delivery. However, we can recommend service providers for this purpose.
