Welcome to Delicatessen Props Fundus Berlin oHG. For nearly 25 years, we have been renting high-quality props for the film, advertising, TV, and streaming sectors.

We offer a collection of approximately 47,000 decor items and props, ranging from the 17th century to the present day, on an exhibition area of over 10,500 square meters.

As a company, we have been aware of our responsibility to the environment from the very beginning and strive to find sustainable solutions to carry out our business activities. Our contemporary props and decor items are mostly produced in Europe and are repairable. We operate workshops with different trades to repair damaged items.

Since 2005, we have been heating with carbon-neutral wood pellets. In 2020, we installed a solar system on the roof of our wooden hall built in 2015 (one of the first in Berlin), which covers an average of 35% of our own electricity needs throughout the year. A wind turbine was installed this summer to make our energy supply a bit more sustainable even at night. Since 2014, we have gradually built up a reusable packaging system with company-owned crates and self-produced rental blankets to avoid unnecessary waste.
